Designed specifically to replace Apple's proprietary "black" thermal compound used on several MacBook models such as the A1932, A2179, A1534 as well as the RAM portion of the M1 and M1 Pro/Max based devices. Carbon Black™ can be used on any Apple device originally using the proprietary "black" thermal compound.

Tri-Nuclear thermal additive package comprised of 3 unique thermal filler types and sizes
Fills heatsink and die imperfections as small as 20nm
Fortified with glass beads to maintain uniform bond line over the life of the device

Carbon Black™ Thermal Compound is not recommended for use on devices that do not originally use Apple's proprietary "black" thermal paste. It is specifically designed to replace the black OEM proprietary thermal compound where it is used on the devices listed below.

Apple's black proprietary thermal compound is found under the EMI shield in iPhone 6 and later models and many iPad models.

The heatsink gap on the devices using Apple's proprietary paste is relatively wide, and requires a very thick thermal compound with large particles to properly transfer heat. Carbon Black™ Thermal Compound contains suspended large spherical particles and will not work well on devices with narrow heatsink gaps.
